1 R knee is firmly straightened on second half of preceding step, causing R hip to move back and to R, then LF is placed back on ball of foot with knee flexed
2 L heel is lowered and L knee firmly straightened on second beat of preceding step, causing L hip to move back and to L, then RF is placed back on ball of foot with knee flexed
3 F heel is lowered and R knee firmly straightened on second half of preceding step, causing R hip to move back and to R, then LF is placed back on ball of foot with knee flexed. Lower L heel and take full weight onto foot as next step is commenced
